Our story started in 2019 at an overland show. We saw a Ford F-150 with a pop-up camper that looked perfect on paper. It had a diesel heater, a two-burner propane cooktop, a full-size bed, a dinette, a small fridge, a 700W inverter, a 200Ah lithium battery, and even an outdoor shower. It was low-profile, clean, and well thought out. Then we saw the price and the wait time. $53,000 and about four months. That’s when we said, “We can build something better.” Stronger, more refined, and more attainable.

By 2022, we were all in. Overlanding was exploding, and we kept seeing the same problem. People didn’t want a bare shell with a few add-ons. They wanted a complete, ready-to-go truck camper that didn’t feel like a compromise.

At the end of 2023, we released our first model, the 100D, and the response was incredible. But we weren’t interested in staying average. For the 2025 Model SL, we pushed the design even further, adding two slides to open up the interior and make it feel genuinely roomy and comfortable.

Today, Roam Rider campers are built with premium materials and designed to handle real miles. They’re also packed with the features that make life on the road easy. Air conditioning, diesel heat, a refrigerator, induction cooktop, sink, indoor shower, hot water, solar, a powerful inverter, and a large lithium battery bank with upgrade options. We also include a 360-degree surveillance system for added peace of mind. And when it’s time to sleep, the SL gives you a slide-out king bed and space to sleep up to three.
