Roam Rider Returns: Everything You Need to Know
Hey there, adventurers! We want you to be stoked on your Roam Rider gear, but sometimes things just don't work out. Here's the lowdown on our return policy:
The Basics:
30-day window: You've got 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Original condition: Items need to be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase: Hold onto that receipt!
Restocking fee: There's a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
How to Return:
Contact us: Email us at contact@roamrider.com to start the process.
RMA number: We'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write it on your return label.
Return shipping: You'll need to purchase a return shipping label according to our instructions.
No RMA, no return: Items returned without a pre-approved RMA won't be accepted.
Important Notes:
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us ASAP if you find any defects or receive the wrong item.
Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, custom products, sale items, gift cards, used items, and "scratch and dent" products are final sale.
Camper deposits: Deposits for new campers become non-refundable after 7 days.
Refunds: After we receive your return, we'll process your refund (minus the restocking fee) within 10 business days.
